13. Upper and middle turret integrated structure
It is not easy to rust with 2Cr13 Material on all turret ,Tooling running smoothly and long use life with integrated structure of upper and middle turret to warranty Die holes co-axiality.
14. With Pre-Compress (20KN) and Main Compress Process(100KN) , exhausting Air in Pre-Compress for Better forming in Main Compress ,improve quality.
15. Prevent material leakage and indirectly contact without friction noise between turret and platform with easy de-moulding material sealed.
16. Scraping powder device
Small parts with easy disassemble , the left material during the compression will re-filled in the slip ring after effect under the device , greatly reduce the leakage and improve capacity factor.
17. Lower punches damping consistency to avoid lower punches jumping and free falling with the permanent magnet damping pin ,greatly reduce the noise and improve stability of the variation .
18. Adopt crescent Die Needle , Change the Line Connection to Surface Connection the die locked more fastening
19. Weight control function
With synchronous motor for power and controlling filling guide rising and falling by HMI, ensure a stable filling.
20.Batch Rejection Function

21. Enclosed structure
The external dust will not easy to enter and with the powder collection Device , to Protect the Upper Punch head and guide from pollution .
22.Lubrication System Automatic Function.
With two sets independent lubrication system : Grease oil lubrication and thin oil lubrication
- Thin Oil cycle lubrication system :thin oil fitter ,Oil always keep cleaning ,controlling the temperature in the high speed running
- Grease oil lubrication system with progressive manual lubrication
mainly affect on the worm and gear ,filling device , upper&lower eccentric shaft and upper & lower Pre-Pressure wheel
