APPLICATION

Application


This Spray Dryer is for manufacturing & drying various powders such as milk royal jelly, medicine, chemical materials, etc. At a high speed of dying with the hot-air flow, 95%~98% water can be evaporated at a moment. The drying process only needs several seconds.
Its final products boast good uniformity, mobility, and high purity and quality dissolving capacity. The production procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy. The liquid of 40~60% moisture contents (for special materials, the contents may be 90%) can be dried into powder or particles once a time. After drying, there is no need for smashing and sorting. The product particle diameters, looseness, and water contents can be adjusted by changing the operation condition in a certain scope.

Food Industry: Whole milk powder, cocoa milk powder, milk substitute, egg white (yolk), etc. Armpit prion, Oats, chicken juice, instant tea powder, seasoning meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, protein hydrolysate, etc. Corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, pumpkin powder, etc. 

Pharmaceutical products: Chinese traditional medicine extract (herb extract), medicine colloid, yeast, vitamins, antibiotics, amylase, lipase, etc. Plastics resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, dense plastic (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. 


Detergent: Advanced washing powder, normal washing powder, soap powder, soda powder, emulsifiers, brighteners, phosphoric acid agents. 

Chemical Industry: Sodium fluoride (potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dye intermediates, Mn3O4, formic silica acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid agent, amino acids, silica, etc...Ceramic: Aluminum oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talc, etc

Working Procedures

The raw material Liquid is transferred into the high speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the drying tower through the feeding pump, and then it is sprayed through the holes of spray nozzle, under the centrifugal effect, forming fine mist group.The air is blast into steam heating exchanger and electrical heater through filter, reaching 180~200 degree centigrade, and then it will be filtered through the high efficient air filter and spread by the hot air distributor equably.

At this moment, the hot air and raw material would be fully blended, the water in raw material would be quickly evaporated, and the dry powder will fall into the bottom of the drying tower cone.The fine powder and end gas will be separated by cyclone separator though the discharging pipe.The product will be separated through the bottom of two class cyclone separator.The fine granules and end gas will be purified by entering the spray dust collector.The end gas will reach emission standard and then be discharged outside.
