The raw material Liquid is transferred into the high speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the drying tower through the feeding pump, and then it is sprayed through the holes of spray nozzle, under the centrifugal effect, forming fine mist group. The air is blast into steam heating exchanger and electrical heater through filter, reaching 180~200 degree centigrade, and then it will be filtered through the high efficient air filter and spread by the hot air distributor equably.
At this moment, the hot air and raw material would be fully blended, the water in raw material would be quickly evaporated, and the dry powder will fall into the bottom of the drying tower cone. The fine powder and end gas will be separated by cyclone separator though the discharging pipe. The product will be separated through the bottom of two class cyclone separator. The fine granules and end gas will be purified by entering the spray dust collector. The end gas will reach emission standard and then be discharged outside.

A. Atomizing mode: High efficient centrifugal spraying atomizer with rotating speed 18000-20000r/m. Atomizing disc diameter 160mm and motor power 5.5KW.
B. Hot Air System: Connect the heating system to the drying tower by hot air pipe made of SUS304.
C. Dryer: DAR hot air spiral case, there are logarithm spiral separating chamber on the top of the tower. The contact parts with drying air are made of SUS304. A set of drying tower with cone 55degree, a cleaning door with observation window, a set of inner lighting system inside of tower.
D. Exhaust system: A set connected with drying chamber, a set of two class Cyclone dust collector, a set of spray dust collector and exhaust fan pipe made of SUS304. A set of exhaust fan made of SUS 304 including air volume adjust butterfly valve.
E. Electrical control meter system: Meter control cabinet with manual/automatic modes could be switched freely, convenient operation and stable running. All material contact parts are made of SUS304, inner surface with mirror polished.
F. Features of the control system of lubricant pump and atomizer:
A) If the lubricant is not start, the centrifugal atomizer will not be start, which will avoid the running of atomizer without lubrication and lead to the broken of atomizer.
B) The automatic control system of material supplying pump and atomizer: If the atomizer doesn't work normally, the supplying pump will not start, which is a interlock function to avoid the wrong operation to lead to influence producing.
C) Hot air temperature is controlled by frequency conversion through the intelligent temperature control unit. Which makes sure the final moisture and stability of final product.
