Features:
1. Worm wheel redactor: Main machine overloading protection with lower noise and stable running.
2. The stroke is adjustable.
3. Blister forming, heat-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting all adopted gear mandrel orientation. Each could move freely in the mandrel when turns the hand wheel and that could be adjusted and orientated with the help of gauge.
4. Positive pressure forming matched with mechanical punch ensures well blister forming, and could be collocated with special automatic feeder to fit for certain packing like ampoule, vial, syringe, big honey pill, medical appliance or other special shape packing purpose.
5. No waste material cutting station. The packing material could be saved.
6. Double orientation shafts with spline shaft transmission adopted. This is to ensure the synchronization stable running.
