This is a medium scaled manufacturing system which is designed as an automatic working process through connection by vacuum feeder and co-mill on the basis of  semi-automatic process. the whole working process of the pharmaceutical granulating drying system includes: mixing granulating by RMG(rapid mixer granulator)- swing granulator- fluid bed dryer- grinding granulator- blending machine. This production line could be worked together with tablet compression machine or capsule filler, it also could work with pharmaceutical packaging machine.

GHL-250 rapid mixer granulator

Features

·The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, its structure reasonable.
·Air filled seal shaft for to drive. When washing the machine, it can be changed to water.
·The granule is closed to ball shape. Its fluidity is good.
·Compared to traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be reduced and the drying time is short.
·The dry mixing time is 2 minutes and the granulating time is 1-4 minutes. Compared to the traditional process, 4-5 times of efficiency is raised.
·Dry mixing, humid mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed container.
·It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
·The whole operation has strict safe and protective measures.

Principle

The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed at the bottom to become a humid soft material. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform granules.

The machine is also named as co-mill, which is suitable for crushing thermal sensitive materials and granulating for damp material. It is less the heat and the powder dust. The sieve of stator is made of stainless steel plate. It is not easy to damage. The gap between crushing blade and sieve can be adjusted. Can treat material that is adhesive or in gum or heat or damp state.
There is less heat and dust in work.
The fixed screen is made from stainless streel and it can not be damaged easily. It can process adhesive, glue, hot and wet raw materials.

Working method
(1) Raw materials entering the feeding gate will be will fall into cone shaped working chamber and are sheared by rotary knives and mesh surface.
(2) The material is cut into small particles and released from the sieve.
(3) The granule size is decided by the distance of mesh size, rotary knives and sieve as well as the rotary knife speed.

Features
The barrel for charging the materials is driven by the driving shaft. The barrel body carries on the repeated level movement, rotation, turning and other complex movements so that the materials will carry out the three dimensional and complex movements along the barrel body so as to realize the various movements of the materials. Through disseminating, gathering, agglomerating and mixing to realize uniformed blending.

Applications
 The mixing barrel of the machine moves in multi-direction.       
The mixing rate is up to 100%.The machine is the desired product in various industries at present. 
 The material charge rate of barrel is big. Maximum rate can be up to 90%(the normal mixer has only 40% charge rate.). It is high in efficiency and short in the mixing time.
The barrel adopts arc shape connections and its well polished.
